Our stay at this boutique hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to the highest level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was a true highlight — rich, delicious, and full of variety, offering something for every taste. But the real culinary gem is the hotel’s restaurant, which is hands down the best in the area. It’s a top-tier chef restaurant with outstanding dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. What really made our stay unforgettable was the personal touch. The hotel manager shota was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed — day or night. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this place apart. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia. Just spent 3 nights at this amazing boutique hotel and we loved it! The breakfast was awesome, and the restaurant had the perfect mix of Georgian flavors with a European twist.
The owner was super kind—he even ordered almost the whole menu for us for free! The staff was great too, super friendly and helpful.

An unbelievably outstanding find. The ambience of this place is something I cannot describe – but what I can say is I will be back! The essence of 10 Georgian historical figures captured in 10 rooms is a novel and unique way to allow guests to be immersed in the history of Georgian culture. Our maître d’, Lado, is worthy of mention and high praise. He recommended excellent wines for both our meals and was attentive to absolutely everything. Nothing was too much for him. The restaurant, in my opinion, is worthy of a Michelin rated award – every dish was prepared to the highest quality and the presentation – excellent. Evenings were made complete with an outstanding pianist, a maestro, who could play absolutely everything! I loved everything about this boutique hotel!

Отдыхали с супругом с 02.02 по 07.02.25. Впечатление от отеля очень приятное. Сам отель небольшой-10 номеров. В этом вся суть. Отель очень атмосферный. Фото соответствуют.Такое впечатление, что весь отель в твоем распоряжении. На завтраках нет толпы, индивидуальное спа (есть финская сауна и джакузи, то что нужно после катаний)в удобное для тебя время. Завтраки просто превосходные. Очень большое разнообразие блюд. Повар готовит очень вкусно. Круасаны выше всех похвал.Вообще ресторан в отеле в вечернее время обязателен к посещению. Вечером играет маэстро на пианино. Это что-то невероятное. Персонал отеля, в частности Шато, был очень внимательным, вежливым и всепомогающим. Как-будто мы Вип-гости. Любой впрос или просьба решается с улыбкой и в считаные минуты. Шато-это сердце отеля. Он сделал наш отдых незабываемым. До подъемника есть трансфер с 10-12 и обратно с 16-17. Ехать 3 мин. Очень удобно. Обязательно вернемся.

Приятно удивлены высоким сервисом в отеле! Комната полностью укомплектована косметикой и всеми возможными принадлежностями, матрасы и подушки удобные, из окна – вид на роскошные горы Гудаури. Разнообразные вкусные завтраки – один минус, что очень хочется попробовать всё, а уже не лезет 🙂 В отеле также есть сауна с джакузи, одним словом – всё для комфортного отдыха. Персонал очень дружелюбен и внимателен, на мой взгляд, лучший выбор отеля в Гудаури!

Absolutely the best place in the Gudauri for those who are looking for cozy and secluded, well served and well designed places. Hotel has a exceptional restaurant and all facilities to offer a first tier stay. The staff is the best I’ve ever meet in Georgia for over 10 years of travelling there. For those interested in wines, there’s is an interesting selection of kahetian boutiques wineries products and before ordering a bottle you can count on a degustation to make a perfect choice. And the restaurant serves absolutely top quality food all freshly prepared at the hotel incl. own bread! Highly recommend.

It’s a themed hotel at a great location in Gudauri. Even though checkin time is 2PM, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived by 2 PM but Slava the owner did give us a free ride to the ski lifts. The hotel is great for non veg lovers and folks looking for multi day stays but has less options in Vegeterian food.
